BY ENGAGING IN SERVICE WITH ARCTIC REVENGE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE & AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS: Arctic Revenge is a freelance Graphic Design business providing digital designs for social media and electronic use. Prices are listed on the home page & include the sales tax in the price. Prices are non-negotiable. Print services are NOT available, although for an additional fee each document can be made print-ready (print specs on the “Dimensions” matrix) for an industrial printer such as FedEx, Walgreens, Vistaprint, etc.

Arctic Revenge is NOT an Advertising or Marketing service. Graphics made can be used for these purposes. Arctic Revenge is NOT liable for any error made by the client or the printing services. Arctic Revenge is NOT liable for loss of quality due to the client not purchasing the “Print-Release Format” listed in the sales matrix.

Arctic Revenge reserves the right not to service requests deemed as lewd, indecent, malicious, or otherwise harmful in any regard.

Arctic Revenge does not service requests for election or military purposes.

Schedule, Deadlines, & Communication Guidelines Arctic Revenge is open Monday - Thursday, 6pm -9pm EST
Client outreach is limited to that schedule, although artist response may differ due to availability. Projects will be finished faster by prompt client feedback. Please allow at least ONE (1) full business day for each product/edit ordered. Arctic Revenge correspondence will be made from: Arctic_Revenge@Live.com

Revisions & Alterations Upon payment, each product will consist of a first draft & two rounds of client critiques in which the client is able to give concise & constructive feedback to get their order perfected. After these two critiques a “Proof” (A Watermarked, low-resolution draft) will be formed for approval. If the client desires “Post-Proof” Edits additional fees will be incurred for each change (as listed in the Sales Matrix) Each additional edit will increase the product’s completion time. Content, Errors & Omissions The client must provide and check that ALL relevant information is present & spelled correctly in its entirety upon first order. Failure to provide correct & entire information may result in editing fees in the “Post-Proof” process. Artist-Faulted errors will be corrected at no cost. Payments, Additional Fees, Refunds, & Cancellations. 
Product will not be delivered until final payment is received. Amount billed may increase due to additional fees:

Additional fees: may be incurred for services listed as “additional” on the sales matrix (Edits, Illustrated/Painted Graphics).

Late fees: The client will be charged TWO DOLLARS ($2) late fees for each day after THREE (3) days delinquent of correspondence. Termination Charge: After TWO (2) weeks delinquency of contact, Arctic Revenge reserves the right to terminate the order, void any late fees & keep the initial deposit as the termination charge.

Cancellation Fees: There is a FIVE DOLLAR ($5) Cancellation fee per product ordered if the Client quits the service at any time after the invoice is paid but the final product has not been delivered. The initial payment will be canceled and the client will be charged the cancellation fee. Refunds: Arctic Revenge does not supply refunds on any finished project. However, cancellations can be made at any time before the final product is delivered.

Arctic Revenge reserves the right to terminate (quit without recompense) OR cancel & reimburse clients for the following reasons:
Arctic Revenge - Medical or Family Emergency (Cancel & Reimburse)
Arctic Revenge - Hardware/Software Failure (Cancel & Reimburse)
Abusive and/or Threatening interaction by the client (Terminate)
Excessive & Unreasonable demands by the client (Terminate)
Failure to tender payment (Terminate) Failure to tender payment can result in legal action.

Originality & Rights of Ownership Arctic Revenge creates unique digital products for each client. The final product is the sole possession of Arctic Revenge until all outstanding fees have been paid. Once entirely paid for, the finished product belongs to the client. All unused concepts & elements remain the property of Arctic Revenge. Arctic Revenge reserves the right to showcase/publish the final designs for Arctic Revenge studio promotion & marketing, even after ownership has been passed to the client. The client MAY NOT modify the image and/or text in any way.

Individual artistic works such as Paintings, Graphic Art Prints, and other Fine Art are separate product types and are 100% the Intellectual Property (IP) of Arctic Revenge, even past the point of sale. They may not be altered, reproduced, resold or reposted online without credit & express permission in writing by Arctic Revenge. Arctic Revenge observes all artistic license granted by the Visual Artist Rights Act of 1990 (VARA) ALL information & artwork requested must be within the client’s ownership or under express permission from a third-party owner. No copyright shall be infringed. ALL content of the client’s order, financial & personal information is considered confidential & will not be shared unless legally mandated. ALL Product files will be kept up to ONE (1) Year, after which they will be deleted.
